Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE: NOVEMBER 1st, 2021

Hi Grove Crafted Users,

As with all things on this blog, we want you to feel safe here. We want to be transparent and honest about everything that’s going on here. That means that we are going to take a moment to list out all of the legal matters of what is going on here. It’s going to sound formal, and honestly be a bit boring, but we want you to understand how we are running this site.

That being said, it’s important for you to read through this page (despite the legal jargon) to understand our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclosure statements (also known as “Policies”) listed on this page. You should not use our Sites or Products if you do not agree with the terms and conditions contained in such agreements.

The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to COG Financial LLC (also referred to as the “Company”). The below Policies apply when you visit or use the Company website (grovecrafted.com which is also referred to as the “Site”), social media channels, or use or purchase our products such as but not limited to: printables, courses, information resources, and actual physical products (also referred to as “Products”).  The term “user,” “you” and “your” refers to site visitors (such as yourself) and users of the Site and customers of our Products.

We reserve the right to change these Policies or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, at any time, in which case we will post the revised Policies on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Policies, as modified.

Where We Send Your Data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

How We Protect Your Data

Grove Crafted takes reasonable security measures to protect and keep your personal information confidential. The Site uses secure encryption on pages where credit card information is required. To do this, you will be required to use a modern SSL-enabled browser (i.e. Safari, Firefox, or Chrome). Doing so helps us keep your information as hidden as possible from shady folks trying to steal your information.

All that being said, we cannot guarantee the entire security of your information over something as insecure as the internet. Please do us both a favor by taking precautions yourself to keep your information as secure as possible on the internet.

Please also note that email is not a secure form of communication so please refrain from including private information in emails as much as possible.

Affiliate Marketing

In order to be fully transparent with you, we want you to know that while we enjoy blogging as much as the next folks, part of our motivation in running this site is for selfish reasons – we not only want to help you, the user, but we also want to generate income for our family. In order to do this, we participate in affiliate marketing. This basically means that we get paid a small commission by recommending products or having links to products that you can buy.

That being said, please know that we would never, ever recommend a product that we have not personally used or don’t believe in. In some cases, we have items we love that we purchase from local stores that are not available online, but we want to link you to a similar product that you would be able to see online so that you know what referring to. In those few cases, we may not have tried that specific brand ourselves, but we have done our best in researching the available online options to find you the closest possible product available to what we are buying. Again, we are not going to spam you with links for products all over our posts just to make money. These are products that we truly love and enjoy in our home.
